I'm no Madoff, but I do steal money!

It's time for me to admit to a cheating scandal that I have been involved with for the better part of two years. It's doesn't involve marraige, test scores or copying material at work.

Every morning when I head to work I exit the Farragut North station and make my way to get my morning coffee at Caribou. I order my medium dark or light roast and then glance at the trivia question on the board high on the wall for an additional 10 cents off. The trick is that each cashier writes on the top of the inside machine what the answer is. Sure the screen is tilted but its just so easy to glance when they go and grab your coffee. I give an inquisitive look and then act like I think I may know it! (And sometimes-as the Trivia junkie I am-I do know it)

Caribou Coffee workers think I'm a genius!

So there it is, I've been holding it in for so long. The secret's out! I've been slowly draining this huge coffee corporation over the last two years.

....I forecast the total loss to be 20 dollars :-)

Great tip! But I must admit that now that I know your cheating nature I wonder how many times you have cheated during games? I don't know if I can ever trust you again. I cheated on a test in high school one time but I have since learned the err of my ways. And it was an American History class and both my friend and I both knew all the answers we were just confirming - so it was pretty pointless. And the teacher was at my Bat Mitzvah so I really felt bad about it.

Oh - also - when you feel like treating yourself to a little something special go for the Light White Raspberry. MMMMMM.
